The canned emails I set up in my workflows help me stay in constant communication with my clients, without having to be in my inbox 24/7! If that’s not a win, I don’t know what is. They help me from the first inquiry all the way to the final note closing out the project. Plus, I can track when emails have been viewed so I no longer have to wonder if silence from my client means they didn’t get the email or they’re simply ignoring that invoice. O_o
During our time together, I like to let my client know where we’re currently in the project so they aren’t sitting back and wondering what’s going on. There are times when I need to remind my clients of content due dates, and with canned emails, I can easily send them a reminder for what is due and when. This helps cut down on miscommunication and keeps everyone on track with their role in the project.
One of my absolute favorite features of Dubsado is how EASY it is to begin projects with linked Proposals, Contracts, and Invoices. Yuuuup, you can send all 3 to your potential client. Create your template once and send it out in one click.
This has made it a snap to starting projects because I no longer have to draft a proposal from scratch for each inquiry I get. It’s so easy to create proposals based on how I work with clients and then personalize them as I send them out. So now it takes me 15 minutes tops as opposed to hours.
Once the proposal is accepted, it auto-populates the attached contract and invoice based on what the client chose in the proposal. So all lines match and the project can be accepted.
If you haven’t noticed the pattern, anything that simplifies my workflow and saves me time gets a gold star rating. That’s how I feel about the Scheduler feature.
IT MAKES WORK EASIER.
It’s not bulky with too many options all while giving me enough flair to sip tea with my pinky in the air. I can easily create a template for discovery calls or I can get fancy and create a template for a service that requires a deposit to book. This eliminates the need for back and forth emails with clients. Less time in the inbox. CHECK!
I can create individual schedulers or I can create a group and send my client a full list of the calls needed for them to schedule all at once. EASY.
It should be noted that I used to use Acuity, which was nice, but I LOVE having all my main tools in one platform. Simplicity at it’s finest.
And I’ll be honest, Dubsado has many more features I don’t use… yet. But it handles my absolute must-have tasks beautifully and I don’t see myself complicating my process with any extension any time soon.
