CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you may do so on this website or by giving us a call, any time up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you miss an appointment without contacting us within the required time, this is considered a missed appointment and your booking fee will be forfeited and a 50% booking fee will be required to reschedule.

NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY

Missing your appointment without notifying us before your appointment time will result in 100% charge of service with the payment information on file. If the client wishes to book again, the totality of a new booked appointment must be paid upon booking.

LATE POLICY

If a client is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice for a scheduled appointment, we will consider this a missed appointment. Missed appointments will result in your booking fee being forfeited and a 50% re-booking fee will be required to reschedule. 

DEPOSIT TRANSFERS

In the event a client reschedules their appointment (prior to the 48 hour notice window), the original booking fee can be moved to a new session within 3 months of the originally booked date. Any time after 3 months, a new booking fee is required.

Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

PAYMENT TERMS

Bold Whisper Studio requires payment on completion of your appointment unless an alternative arrangement is made. Non-refundable booking fees are made at the booking of the appointment in order to secure a spot. Booking fee is deducted from total cost of service which is due the day of your appointment. Remaining balance must be paid in full. We accept cash, Zelle, Apple Cash, Apple Pay, and credit/debit cards. 

GUARANTEES

Bold Whisper Studio can make no guarantee as to your individual results or how long your permanent makeup will last. Client results will vary from person to person. Although it is effective and can last 1-3 years, no guarantee can be made about the length of time they will last. Since everyone’s skin and health is different, it is very important that each client understands that we cannot guarantee how long the pigment will retain in your skin. Retention depends on your health, skin type, texture, oiliness, and aftercare. Most clients will need a 6-12 month touch-up, but results will vary from person to person.

BOOKING POLICY

We always do our best to meet your booking request. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking at least one week in advance. We recommend making future bookings at the end of each service to secure your ideal appointment time. Bookings can also be made on this website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Bold Whisper Studio be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, services rendered, and products sold whether such liability is under contract. Bold Whisper Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website, services rendered, and products sold.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE  OUR SERVICES

Prices are subject to change; however, we will honor the price your appointment was associated with upon booking.

Prices are subject to changes and further charges may be applicable for corrective work (i.e. correction of another technician’s work).
